All our orders are shipped from the island of Jersey, we therefore cannot offer next day delivery to UK customers. We do however aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.

Delays may be expected due to bad weather conditions as we have no control on flights leaving the island with postal packages.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

RETURNS

To return a product, please send an email to hello@whitemoonskincare.com to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. 

Please include the following details: 


1. Your Name 


2. Order Number 


3. Item(s) you wish to Return


4. Reason for Return


We will refund all qualifying returns to your credit, debit card or PayPal account within 7 days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error, in which case we will email you a return label to print out and use. 


Proof of postage must be obtained when returning items to us. If this is not received and an item is lost in the post, this is your responsibility to discuss this with the mail service and track the item. We will not refund any purchases unless this is received.


We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping to send the faulty product back to us. Please email us in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products.


​Items that qualify for our 14-day return policy must be unused within 14 days of purchase.​​


For all returns we receive that exceed the 14 day limit, we reserve the right to deny a refund or partially refund at our discretion. For that reason, we strongly encourage you to email us at hello@whitemoonskincare.com before returning a product for a refund, to make sure you are eligible. 

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed on our website that you no longer wish to receive, please contact us immediately. 

If your order has not been shipped upon receiving the cancellation request, we will refund the full payment to you and cancel your order with us.

For orders that been despatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us and this would be treated as mentioned above in our Returns Policy.
